John graduated from Bowling Green State University in 1999. John started his insurance career at Neverman Insurance Agency as a Producer. In January 2016, John became the Owner and President of Neverman Insurance Agency. In addition, John serves as Vice President on the Insurance Board of Northern Ohio and is President of the Management Committee/Board of Indium (Insurance Agency Network). John and his wife, Becky Neverman-Horvath, have three beautiful daughters and live in Avon, Ohio.
Upon graduating from The Ohio State University in 2001 with a B.S. in Human Ecology, Becky worked for an insurance reconstruction company in Columbus, Ohio for 7 years as Office Manager. After getting married and having a child she moved back to the Cleveland area, and in 2011 started working at Neverman Insurance Agency. In January of 2016 Becky became the Owner and Vice President of the agency alongside her husband, John. Becky enjoys volunteering at her three daughter’s schools as often as possible.
Jeff started the agency in 1979 (because no one told him he couldn’t). To anyone who knows him, Jeff is friendly and outgoing and always willing to go the extra mile to help or lend a hand in any way he can. Jeff holds the Certified Insurance Counselor designation and the Certified Professional Insurance Agents designation. He is past president of the, PIA, Insurance Board of Northern Ohio, and past president of the Cuyahoga County Insurance Agents. Jeff was named the 2015 Professional Agent of the Year by the National Association of Professional Insurance Agents (PIA). Jeff and Patty are semi-retired and enjoying their 6 grandchildren to date.
Patty has been with the agency since the beginning in 1979, and I dare say we probably would not have lasted this long without her. She got licensed in Property & Casualty in 1995. She has filled every position possible within the agency from secretary to rater to manager to bookkeeper and all the steps in between. She did all of this while raising three wonderful children all of which are grown and finally on their own. Her primary responsibility today is keeping Jeff on track. She enjoys all the time she gets to spend with her grandchildren.
Linda started in the insurance industry upon graduating from The Ohio State University in 1990. She went to work for the Schlemmer Insurance Agency where her first job was secretary. In 2000 she earned her license in Property & Casualty. Linda started working at Neverman Insurance Agency in 2011 after Jeff Neverman acquired the Schlemmer Insurance Agency. Linda enjoys working with the clients, and helping them with their insurance needs.
She is happily married to her husband, Steve, since 1992 and is very proud of her grown son, Jeffrey.
Sue began her insurance career in 2001. She became licensed in Property & Casualty in 2005. She has always enjoyed her work with customer service. She is dedicated to her customers, looks forward to serving their needs and takes pride in the work that she does. In 2011, Sue joined Neverman Insurance when Jeff Neverman acquired the Schlemmer Insurance Agency of North Olmstead.
Sue has been happily married to her husband, Rodd, since 1996, and they have a daughter, Hannah, who is in college.
Kaylyn is a graduate of Elyria High School. She joined the Neverman Agency in 2013 and earned her license in Property & Casualty in 2014. She enjoys working with all her customers and is always ready to lend a helping hand whenever it is needed.
Kaylyn enjoys spending time with your kids when she is outside of the office.
Bruce has an MBA from Loyola College of Maryland and a BS in Business Administration from Ithaca College in Ithaca, NY. He has worked for multiple large banks and ran his own business for 9 years. He has been married to his wife Carolyn for over 30 years and they have 3 sons; Tom, Chris and Nick. He and his family reside in Westlake, Ohio. Bruce enjoys golfing, spending time with his family and traveling.
